I am involved in the development of drugs for the treatment and prevention of skin damage, for a number of skin conditions that involve a weakened skin barrier and for the reduction of the risk of heart attack and stroke. I serve as the associate editor of the Journal of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics and as a member of the editorial board for the journal Pharmaceutical Research.
